Symptoms not feeling like myself (TMI) no pic

So I haven't been feeling myself lately. I'm having a couple symptoms but not much different then the symptoms I would get before my AF starts but this particular one has me questioning. I've been feeling wet down there almost as if I just peed myself. It's been like this for 3 days now. My cycles a pretty irregular but for the past 2 month have been 30 days apart. Last AF was August 29 and still no sign of AF. Has anyone else had this happen to them? And what was your outcome?
