Endometriosis

Hi all, I'm new to this app. I have Endometriosis and am having my second surgery for it next week. My doctors are unsure if I will be able to have a baby so I'm a little scared. I had a miscarriage a few years ago but they think that might have been before I had the endo. My partner and I have been having unprotected sex for almost a year and nothing has happened. Does anyone have endo and had children that can give me some advice?
