5w2d spotting

I just started spotting about an hr ago & I'm freaking out.. It's only when I wipe though, nothing on the pad. & it's just a little bit & is red. I don't have cramps or anything else, just the blood. This is my 2nd pregnancy & I never bleed at all with my first child.. What could this be? Should I be concerned? Waiting in doctor to call me back.. Would love someone else's input/success story maybe?
