Depends how careful you've been. If they find an STD then yeah. I've heard hymen can break w tampons or other reasons but idk.

Only if u ripped ur hymen   for most people it just stretches and in that cause it looks like u just use tampons 
Sometimes they ask u if u use tampons  just tell them yes.  But I don't think they can tell ur parents if u had sex unless they ask u first
