Starting yoga now that I'm pregnant?
Hi everyone, just wondering what everyone's thoughts were. I am now 5 weeks 3 days and want a healthy pregnancy. I had a mc in Nov and have a bad disc in my back, so I want something easy to not make me worry about causing a mc and something to help keep my back stretched and strong. I have never done yoga, but thought pregnancy yoga would benefit me. What do you think?
