Could I be pregnant?

Last period started on the 3rd so I'm due in a few days. I've been having unprotected sex nearly everyday with my partner. I usually have an irregular cycle. Today I experienced spotting for about an hour or so, it was a fairly light/medium amount. I thought it could be my period but I doubted it because I'm never ever early. So anyway I used a pad and stuff and by the end of the day the pad was clean, I had not spotted anymore!! Could I be pregnant? I experienced dizziness on two different days a few days ago but it would only last a few seconds. Is this implantation bleeding? Could I be pregnant?
