What is going on!

So my DH and I want a baby, he has 2 beautiful children from a previous relationship. I have been off of BC since March due to ovarian cysts. We haven't been actively trying but I have been following my cycle on glow. We BD in my ovulation window, I haven't had cramping before AF ever and I had cramping about a week or two ago and now I'm 7 DPO and I'm cramping and have mild spotting. I am not completely up to par with my TTC information because we haven't been trying really. Can someone tell me what they think it is? I don't have an appointment with my obgyn till November 7th. I know it's too early to test but could this been implantation? Thanks for advice.
