6 weeks and no symptoms?

I am around 6 weeks today. My first appointment is still two weeks away but I haven't had any symptoms yet. So far, my breasts are barely tender (mostly) at night and by the end of the day I feel less patient, so I suppose that could be considered moody. However, I do find my pants are becoming a little tighter around the waist. Anyone else not having any symptoms at this point?
