Birth control!

I was just at the doctors to get birth control. Theses so many option I feel so overwhelmed haha. I know I don't want to take the pill mainly because I won't beable to remember to take it. Anyone have any suggestion on what they feel is the best kind of birth control? Or a type of birth control I should avoid? Thanks in advance! Btw I'm 19 years old and this is my first time starting birth control.
