If you don't know. A soft cup is the cup thing you use during your period an you can have sex and just have to dump it out and stuff.

I mean ive only tried it once on my lighter day, it was easy to put in but to take it out was WAY to hard but for the most part I loved it. Still open to keep on trying it and just getting practice on getting it out, and on my heavier days.
