9 weeks 3 days no morning sickness

Lydia • We are expecting our second child in May 2017💕My husband and I are expecting our first child a baby girl in May 2015💗
I have had only one day of morning sickness early in week 8 only because I was late eating breakfast. Glow told me to have MS is a sign of a healthy pregnancy. I haven't had another incident. Does this mean my pregnancy is not healthy? I feel fine, eating well and very active. I feel fortunate to not be sick everyday, but should i be worried?
