Im a newbie, ttc for baby #2 :)

I had my son almost 6 years ago via csection. For the last four years my hubby and I have not been using any form of birth control just the 'pull out method'. And I never became pregnant. I'd always worry that there was something wrong BC everyone else who tries to 'pull out' becomes pregnant . Anyway since April we have been actively TTC. And I have a lump near my csection scar Dr thinks its scar tissue, will be having ultra sound done to check it out. Idk I guess I'm just looking for some advice/support sorry this was kinda lengthy
