Am I pregnant?

This would be my second child, my key give away w the first was my boobs got really tender and hurt to push on them, we've been tryin and I've noticed when I push on my boobs especially at the top they hurt for the past 2 weeks. With my first I got a positive pregnancy test at exactly 4 weeks. I've taking 2 test and they both say negative. My period is not suppose to start for a couple more days but  I'm feeling really doscouraged that it's all in my head my boobs do seem to hurt less now ...  I know only time can tell but I needed to get off my chest.
