Probiotics safe?

What probiotics are safe to take during pregnancy, if any? 
​I have an issue with constipation and have read some articles about the connection to gut flora and autism. Now I'm thinking I should start taking probiotics...

Kefir is a great when pregnant :) also try full fat Greek yogurts! 
Probiotics are not only healthy for pregnancy, but also have been shown to stimulate the growth of the immune system and play a part in reducing the chance of allergies in your baby!

Of course, talk everything over with your doctor before starting to take any supplements though!
