Heart rate monitor - recommendations?

Hi guys, I want to buy a wrist heart rate monitor to wear when I'm working out so I stay below my doc's heart rate max for me. There are so many to choose from - does anyone have a brand/model they love? If so, please lmk! Thanks.

If you want it to be really accurate you need to buy one that has a chest strap and the wrist watch. I recommend the Polar FT40. That's what I have and I love it!! They have cheaper more basic models that would work just as well too.

I have a fit bit and they come in soooo many different varieties! But I love mine so much, it's just a simple black and pink one I wear on my wrist, tracks not only my heart rate, but how many steps I take stairs I've climbed. I definitely recommend to take a look at them :)

I have had the fitbit one for two years, but it doesn't track my heart rate. which model do you have?

I have the vivofit by Garmin and I love it! Tracks sleep, steps, calorie burn and syncs super easy to your phone and myfitnesspal!
