TTC 5 months

I have been off bc for over a yr & we have been using the pull out method since then but have been ttc for the past 5 months. I've tried the ov test & would get a ? but never a flashing one, anyone else had this problem? On the glow calendar will you OV days be a different color or do you just follow the %?
