When I was 15 a boy I was talking to wanted to hang out so we did he was 4 1/2 years older than me and he started kissing me he tried to finger me and I told him to keep his hands out of my pants he didn't listen and he just kept going I didn't want to have sex with him but he kept going and put his penis in me I had a tampon in because I was on my period at the time but he didn't take it out I don't know if this is considered rape because his penis did go in me and I told him no.....when my parents found out they called the cops and I said it was concentual because I didn't want to start anything and didn't know if it was rape this was 3 years ago and I still don't know please don't be mean I just want to know
