21 and hot flashes!

Ugh! At 21, I'm experiencing hot flashes and I don't mean I just started.. I've been having them for about a month now. Glow just informed this is an early sign of menopause :( I was a DEPO PROVERA user for 3 years without a break, throughout the 3 years my Dr ensured me I would be fine, then when I quit she informed me it was possible that I experience menopause at a young age but the chances were low. Anyone else experiencing this or have any herbal supplement ideas?? I've had a few drs tell me it would be unsafe for me to take estrogen and didn't give any other options...
