If it's less than 48  hours take the morning after pill and make an appointment with your obgyn for future birth control if that's what you want, also get tested for stds if you haven't already with this partner. every time you have unprotected sex your not just risking pregnancy.

The birth control shot lasts up to 3 months. The ParaGard IUD can be used up to five days. Plan b has to be used within 3 days.
