How much soda do you drink?
For today's "Hump Day Health Hint" - we are going to talk about soda.
Most of us drink it like water - especially the diet version. It has zero calories right? What harm can it do?
Well, if you are TTC, then it might actually hurt your chances IF you drink more than 2 servings a day. (A serving is usually 6 to 8 oz).
This 2012 study concluded that women who drink two or more servings of any type of soda a day have about a 16% lower fertility rate than women who don't drink any.
How much soda do you drink now? Are you thinking of cutting back?
