Triphasic BBT chart
I have a triphasic chart this month. Got a spike indicating ovulation and then 4 days after ovulation there was a .4 degree dip and then a one degree spike following the dip. I have read that there is something called a "implantation dip" and I also read that a second spike in temp can indicate pregnancy. Anyone heard of this, had this happen to them and ended up pregnant?
