Anyone else feel like it's just so easy for everyone but you?

It's like every time I turn around a friend, family member, coworker etc is pregnant! And it was nearly effortless yet here I am waiting and waiting. It's not that I'm not happy for them I am. I just want it so badly that it's almost a downer when someone tells me they are expecting. I smile say congrats and in my mind I'm being torn apart with thoughts that it will never happen for me. I will never give up but what's a girl got to do! Sorry for ranting.
