Vitex and raspberry red leaf pills?

Anybody had success with these? I'm on cycle day 57. I had my last birth control shot on January 17th of this year and never got it again. Got my first period on August 15th. That lasted 17 days. Now I'm still waiting for my next period. So frustrating!!! Anybody? :/

Took vitex for 3 months... Not only did it regulate my cycle, but I got my BFP last week!!!! I definitely recommend!

I would have 2 cups of red raspberry zinger by celestine, one in the morning and one at night. I would also take nature made prenatal vitamins with DHA. ALSO after my husband and I would have sex I would lay in fetal position for 20 minutes before I got up. We were trying to conceive for 2 years before I did this method for 2 months. I also have PCOS and thought that nothing would work. Now I'm 8 weeks 2 days pregnant. This method worked for me and I think it was so simple. Try it and let me know how this works out for you. Also I took 2 of those prenatal pills a day.

I have been taking vitex for a few months and noticed it has really helped out my irregular cycles. I am super bad with not getting a regular cycle and so frustrating. Ever since I have starting taking vitex it's been awesome!!! I am praying that we will get lucky by the New Year! :)) lol just me hoping for the best lol.

I was on Depo for about 18 months. I had my last shot Sept 2015 and didn’t get any period until Jan 2017. 15 months later! Then it’s been irregular until about June. So the last 5 months have been the first time I’ve been normal in over 3 years!

I just started vitex yesterday! my cycles have been anywhere from only 9 days to 16 days since june. 😑. really hoping this helps...my gyn says it's likely I'm not even ovulating with how short my cycles are. 
anyone know the recommended daily dosage for these though? I see it different everywhere I look.

This is my first month on Vitex, and it has already helped me ovulate twelve days sooner than I have been! I'm waiting right now to see if it will extend my luteal phase as quickly as it has shortened my follicular phase. But so far so good, most definitely!

My husband and I have been trying for 5 months now. I am very irregular, the only period that I've had since June was in October. I've never heard of vitex or raspberry red leaf pills? Reading the comments make me hopeful that they might be helpful. Where might I be able to find these? Any recommendations for other tips? I'll take any and all suggestions

Finally ovulated on cd31...just feeling hopeless as with that long of a cycle, having to wait possibly another 30-45 days for my next shot is exhausting!!! Going to try vitex next cycle!! Fx!!

I know some people posted a while back about having success with Vitex. I think Amalah (amalah.com) did raspberry leaf tea but I don't think it did anything for her. Probably can't hurt to try!
