Late with no symptoms

I'm 10 days late for AF and today is 31 days into my cycle. I have no symptoms of AF or pregnancy, other than missed AF. Usually me nd BF will BD to make AF come. I hate goin threw this. Had a positive ovulation test two days again and then yesterday a negative but idk if that even means anything. I haven't been able to get a hpt. Not sure I want to take one either, don't want to get my hopes up. I've been doing everything I can to make AF show but with no luck. Any advice on what I can do or anyone that went threw this before? I'm at a total lose nd BF is no help he is at the end of his rope with TTC. It's taken a lot outta both of us and we are both physically nd mental exhausted by this process. Help please
