Am I Over thinking about miscarriages?

Question

I've read a lot of stories of the unfortunate events of a mother miscarring. Is this something I should worry a lot over? Im 24 with no health issues and not over weight. Ive carried before with no problems.

Idk I feel like we all worry about it. I miscarried at 19 with my first pregnancy. I had no health problems. It just wasn't meant to be I suppose. I am now 21 second pregnancy almost into my 2nd trimester. I have done nothing but worry about my lil munchkin. Your chances of miscarrying I'm general isn't high if your not high risk but I'm gonna lie to you it does happen. Sometimes for no reason. Once the 1st trimester is over miscarriage percentage drops incredibly. It's normal to worry but don't let it consume you. Enjoy your pregnancy no matter what(:

I can completely understand the worry and it seems that many women experience miscarriage (including me). I have no health problems, eat clean, and have excellent prenatal care. However, that doesn't necessarily prevent defects in the developing fetus. Although I'll always hurt for the baby I lost, I realize that there was a reason my body terminated the pregnancy.

Sometimes miscarriages are looked at in the wrong way. Most of the times if you are healthy and haven't head issues involving the cervix, or other internal workings you might have have to worry, unless of course theirs another issue involving infections along other nasty things you could catch (though it is not as common) sometimes it just the fact that the fetus is not depeloping correctly and at 6-7 weeks it might just detach. Sometimes miscarriages are the way of the body not only protecting the unborn child but the other too. Doesn't make them any less painful though.
