Guilt free Bliss Balls

Here's my recipe for sugar free, dairy free & gluten free Bliss Balls. Enjoy ?
1 1/2C roasted almonds or cashews
​1C dates
​2T honey
​1t vanilla extract
​2T chia seeds or sesame seeds
​2T cocoa powder
​Whiz the nuts in the blender until fine and remove 1/4C and set aside. Then add the dates and whiz until both are thoroughly blended. Add and whiz all if the other ingredients until thoroughly combined. Roll into small balls and roll in the finely ground but you set aside earlier, then refrigerate. They are nice if you keep them in the fridge. So yummy!
