Confused, young and in love. HELP

Hi ladies,

So my husband and I recently got married last December since then he's has working all day everyday, he is not very romantic and it just doesn't seem to be the same as it used to, there is a lot of emotional and mental abuse and confusion. His way of fixing things is to get angry and blame me for everything. Today he finally got his things and left. He was truly my first and only love since we started dating and I find it so hard to deal with the fact that he can't understand how he hurts me all the time I really do love him and I do know he loves me but we are both very stubborn. What do I do?? ? I'm so confused
