Tmi - discharge

I'm currently 20 weeks pregnant and since I found out I'm pregnantI am having to wear a small panty liners due to a lot if discharge. There doesn't seem to be anything odd about it it's just annoying and not very nice anybody else having this problem anything can do about it? Tia x
