When do you start counting your DPO?? The first or last day of ovulation?

But how do you know which day that was?

You have to track ovulation in one way or another. Cervical mucus, BBT, OPK. Once you get your positive ovulation, then you start counting. The fertile window is usually just a week that it would be a good idea to have sex. You don't know that you ovulated during that week unless you are tracting it some how
