On and off boyfriend of 3 yrs.. Basically we spend absolutely no time together. He only lives 30-35 minutes away.. We both have vehicles. I practically beg him to spend time w/ me., he can actually go a day or two w/o txtn or calling me. I've brought it up before, he says he'll fix it.. Never happens. I feel like I know what to do but d*mn.. 3 yrs down the drain! Anyone have any other suggestions?
