+OPK as pregnancy test?

Here's the background.  I'm 6dpo and have been feeling off since 1dpo.  Currently today I had constant waves of nausea to the point I puked twice.  Can't seem to eat anything heavy since 4dpo.  Cramping on left side ovary very night and started vivid dreams two nights ago.  I'm trying my hardest not to ss but it's so hard not to notice these changes.  Well tonight I took this opk and it looks positive.  Just peed 20 mins before and had to pee again so decided to test.  Not so concentrated urine obviously, but enough for this!  Did anyone get positive OPKs before their BFP ?

I had a positive opk the day I had a positive pregnancy test.

How many more days until you can take a pregnancy test? Your symptoms sound like you could be pregnant. You will cramp when your first pregnant because of implantation. I had that with both of my kids

Girlfriend your pregnant!! Your hormones are just rising quickly which can happen. That's why your nauseous! You just tested positive earlier then normal. Your ovulation tracker could be a little off too!! Congrats!
