Test Or Nooo?

AF isn't due for a week as seen in the picture but ever since mid fertile week I've had symptoms. crazy back pain, joint pain, wake up with nausea (not to the point of throwing up), after i first eat something I cannot stop eating.. I've had the oddest cramping it's just pressure, it doesn't hurt, it feels like a bubble. but I every other day or so get an intense shock of pain down the left side of my belly.. comments PLEASE? I don't know what to do.
