Help ladies!!

Hi everyone im kinda confused this is my story me and my boyfriend are ttc our first bby and well i had my period aug. 3 normal painful cramp heavy etc. Didnt have my period in september at all took 4 hpt all neg. :( then i had a very brown very light bleeding oct. 2 very light cramps the next day it got heavier dark red very few clots my normal period last 7 days this only lasted 5 days also in september i would get nauseas and still am when i eat also i recently notice very blue veins on my boobs arms hands legs and my stomach i have a doctors appt. But untill oct. 29 what could this mean please help
