I'm not sure if everyone is like this, but apparently if I don't have sex regularly it throws my cycle off..

Let me explain further.

Fiance and I split up alittle over a month ago.

So ive been seeing this new guy. We had sex yesterday (and he is quite larger that my ex fiance)

After he left I was spotting, I just figured it was because it's been a while and he's on the larger side. I steadily spotted and cramped all night and this morning I started full fledged bleeding, clots and all.

I've been like this in the past, not having sex for a while and when I finally have sex it kick starts my period. (I am not due for another week for AF)

Is this normal? Has anyone else had something similar happen?

Why must female anatomy be so weird. Lol.
