Clear blue digital ovulation test questions

Im on my first round of clomid and This is my first time using the clear blue digital ovulation sticks n I have been testing for the last 4 days the first day I had the flashing circle no smiley which was my low day but for the past 3 days I have had the flashing smiley face. Which is high levels but not peak levels. Should I have had a solid one by now or is this normal? Does this mean I won't reach the peak Lh levels? Like should everyone have a peak point? Has anyone has this happen before?
