Cervix Check

Kate • 33. Canadian. TTC #1 since Aug. 2014. PCOS. MC in June 2016. Uterine septum and ovarian cyst removed January 2017. Started Metformin January 2018.
I've been checking my cervix regularly for a few months now. Today felt different than any other time. I felt the wee bump that I usually feel, but then there was another harder bump just behind it (towards my bottom).
I'm fairly new to checking my cervix on a regular basis, and am just curious about what this is? It didn't feel abnormal as in anything malicious like a cyst or growth. And I check every day, so I would have felt it growing over time.
Any ideas or advice? I may sound like a complete dafty, but I'm genuinely asking.?
