I have flu!
I've been struck down with flu. Everything aches: sore throat, ears, head, muscles, kidneys...
Light fever.
Constant headache and dizziness.
Am trying to drink lots of room temperature water (but it increases my nausea), sleep and taking paracetamol. Any other suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
Sniff sniff/cough cough/splutter splutter!
