Long cycles and pregnitude

Alright so I've posted about my long cycles before but it's happening again (day 55 today) my dr finally called me back and didn't help me at all. Just the normal "just wait" answer. So frustrating. Anyways, I'm really thinking I'll try pregnitude for a couple months and hopefully get my BFP. Has anyone tried this and gotten good results? I'll even be happy with just regular cycles and a clear ovulation.
