Pregnancy symptoms or not

I went on webmd and entered some of the symptoms I'm feeling and out of 76 possible causes only one was pregnancy. But not the good possible pregnancy it was ectopic pregnancy. #1 possible cause was irratible bowel syndrome. So maybe I just have IBS but in 6 days I'll find out.
