5 weeks

I got a positive test about a week and a half ago. About a week before the positive tests, my breasts were sooo sore! And I was nauseous 24/7 (I got little to no sleep). I am 5 weeks today, and I'm not sure if I'm freaking out or what, but my breasts aren't sore, and I have no nausea. I called my doctor and he ordered blood work to see what my hormone levels are at. I'm trying not to think too much about it. This is my first pregnancy, and have no idea what to expect. Has anyone experienced symptoms and all of a sudden there gone?
