Ovulation Bleeding??? Warning TMI

I'm irregular and have had AF since July, however Thursday after sex (nothing abnormally rough) I had some light bleeding mixed with CM. Very light in color and not enough to get on my underwear. Is it possible to even ovulate since it's been almost 3 mos. since my last cycle?
