Paleo???

My boyfriend and I would like to try the paleo diet. What do you ladies think? Who's tried it? Did it work for you?

It's actually really healthy for you, as long as you're making sure to eat foods high in nutrients. Look into superfoods that are amazing for you, their benefits, and try to keep an array of different things in your diet. (Think Kale, Sweet potatoes, berries, etc.)

I personally haven't tried it. I've heard great things though. No harm in trying it out.

I wouldn't try it. It cuts out alot of essential nutrients from your diet. Caveman died alot from malnutrition and food poisoning. There's no way I would choose to eat in a way that would be detrimental to my well being.

My chum was on the paleo diet to help her conceive. She has PCOS. She conceived after a few months of a strict paleo diet.

My mom did it, not to lose weight but because it was supposed to help her back pains and arthritis feel better, which it did, but she also lost twenty pounds in the process with a little bit of walking added here and there.

I lost 30 pounds in 4 months when I went paleo I also exercised everyday 
. It really made me feel a lot better too
