Another disappointment

I just go my test results back for my pregnancy test (blood test). It was negative. I had a faint posative 1 day after AF was due. Three days later AF is still not here. The resin I had a blood test was because I'm never ever late. What is going on with me? I'm am so confused and frustrated all I can do is cry.
