Nervous ? ! Please answer !

So I had my Anatomy Scan done at 20 weeks. It's been over a week now and I never updated my new number in the systems. I called my mother because she has my old number and ask if anyone called she said yeah, but wasn't sure if it was my doctor. Do they only call when something is wrong with the baby ? Or do they call everyone to let them know if the baby is okay or not ?
