Do I ovulate?

My periods are irregular and some months I won't even have one. Does that mean I didn't ovulate? How do I know when I am or when I should test?

Do OPK....ovulation predictor kits, you can find them online cheap Wondfo, directions tell you exactly how to use.

My periods have Never been regular. This is the first time in tracking them. I go sometimes three months in a row then I'll skip 1,2 or 3 months then I'll go again. My hormones doc said are excellent. If check with yours. We don't believe in the pill I just try a more healthier diet and work out plan. I have a 7 1/2 year old and a 2 year old so I ovulate just not sure when. Lol! Good luck and baby dust! But check with ur ob I know when I did the pill then came off of it that's where mine has been. Messed up for 12 years now. But everyone is different.
