Pregnancy test question. (?5 days before your missed period?)

Deidra • My wife and I are ttc our second baby through artificial insemination at home using a known donor
So I bought a pregnancy test that says it can tell you up to 5 days before your missed period whether your pregnant or not. My question is, has any one ever actually gotten a positive that early?
