Leg cramps??

I have been having such bad leg cramping lately. I haven't been do an insane or abnormal amount of walking either. Any of you girls having this? I heard taking Tylenol isn't safe until the second trimester.

I was having this issue. I stocked up on coconut water and bananas. When I was on the track team and we had bad leg cramps that was our remedy. So to avoid turbo I eat half a banana and drink half a think of coconut water and try and stretch a bit about 30 mins before bed

I had it one night. Really bad knot in my calf. I read it's a symptom of pregnancy but not really sure what to do. My doctor has told me Tylenol is ok if you really need it but a study has shown taking is regularly can lead to ADHD. I hope it goes away on its own.
