Exercise effects?
I started working out about 30-40 mins maybe 4-5 times per week just walking or doing the elliptical at the gym. This month I also didn't get a period but I didn't miss a day on the pill and I took it every day at the same time and have gotten 4 negative tests. 1-- will starting to exercise effect my period? 2-- I'm off the pill now bc were ttc... Will this exercise help or hinder getting pregnant?
