What's the best birth control?

Question

I just want all of your guyses experiences with different birth controls. Pills, shot, iud,  etc..
Let me know what happened, side effects stuff like that.

I absolutely love my arm implant (Nexplanon) before I was on it I was on the pill and I can say its much more convenient, and the % of getting pregnant on Nexplanon is lower lol. The pill made me sick 20 mins after taking it, etc. Nexplanon works wonders for me lol :)

Hate hate HATE the shot. I gained 30lbs in 6 months and bleed for a whole month on that abomination... My go to is pills. I've used them for ten years and have been sexually active for 7 of those years and not once have I ever been pregnant. I was able to lose nearly 70lbs while taking them, I get headaches sometimes but it's nothing I can't live with. I hated progesterone only pills because the estrogen makes my acne go away!!

I am not on any birth control but I've had experiences.. The pill would be the best if I had to be on one. I was on the mirena iud last year and that was the worst thing I could have ever done. My hair thinned out so bad in just a month or so and all I had was hair on top of my head.. It's finally back to how it use to be and it's been 1 1/2 years .. Never knew that could happen and I had the worst acne and sex was not enjoyable with that thing in me.

I've been on the pill for about 13 years now. I did have to change brands once because I was getting dark spots on my back that the doctor said was hormones collecting from the pill I was on (I can't remember the brand). I changed to TriSprintec, the spots went away, and things have been great ever since!

I loved my ring but used it to regulate and restart my cycles after coming off of the shot.

I have been on the pill forever, aside from my pregnancies. I have since decided to use FAM to track and learn when my fertile times are and use a diaphragm or condoms
