Menstrual Anger?

Okay I just want to see if I'm the only one out there. But I'm 2 days into my cycle and this usually happens every time for me but I get so angry. I'm a generally happy person but once my period comes around I turn into Satan.

​I get so angry at my SO for everything like to the point where I want to leave. Like everything he does just angers me. And it usually doesn't any other time. Is it normal to have overwhelming anger and frustration? I am not a fan of being not happy lol

​I guess I just want to see if I should talk to my doctor about it or just not worry and wait out until Mother Nature leaves.

I really don't want to add birth control again. We are TTC and obviously birth control would put a hault on that haha but it's been a day and I'm all smiles I just feel like a crazy person when I get like that!

I get PMS rage also. My doc said the only way to relieve PMS symptoms is to take birth control. Good luck!!

Finding the right BC pills helped me with that.

Now im pregnant it's really tearing me & SO up!!!  About every other day I want to leave him!  :(

Yep that's normal. My mom did that to my dad, I did/do that to my hubby and people around me.

You're definitely not alone. I do the same thing. I just warn my SO that I'm about to start my period and not to take anything I say to heart. He is pretty good about it and gives me space if I need it. He's a trooper.
